Beethoven-Haus

Also known as: Haus der Neunten, Bürgerhaus, Beethovenhaus/Kunstverein

Ludwig van Beethoven spent 15 summers taking the cure at Baden bei Wien — and in this house during the summers of 1821 to 1823, he composed major portions of his Ninth Symphony. Known as the "House of the Ninth", it is now a listed museum telling the story of the world's most famous symphony.
