Al Yaqoub Tower
High-RiseGlass FacadeSkyscraper+1
Capital Fort is Sofia's — and Bulgaria's — tallest building, standing 126 metres across 28 floors and completed in 2015. The Class-A commercial tower combines office space with retail and conference facilities, plus underground parking for around 750 cars. Its sleek glass curtain wall marks a clear break from the socialist-era concrete that still dominates much of central Sofia. The tower serves as a vertical landmark visible from across the city, signalling the post-2000 redevelopment of the Bulgarian capital's business district.
