Changsha IFS

The Changsha IFS Tower T1 rises 452 metres across 95 floors, making it one of China's tallest buildings and the defining landmark of Changsha's skyline. Completed in 2017, it is the taller of two towers in the International Finance Square complex, designed by Hong Kong firm Wong Tung & Partners. The upper floors house the Niccolo luxury hotel, with offices below and a sprawling high-end shopping mall at the base packed with international brands. Visitors take express lifts to the hotel lobby on the 92nd floor for panoramic views across the Xiang River and the glittering megacity sprawl. The atrium mall below has become a magnet for young locals.
