Chongqing IFS T1

Chongqing IFS T1 is a 316-metre skyscraper in the Jiangbei business district, completed in 2016 after four years of construction. It anchors the Chongqing International Finance Square, a Sun Hung Kai Properties development of six towers totalling over 430,000 square metres of floor space. The lower floors house a luxury shopping mall with Hermes, Louis Vuitton and similar brands, with offices above and the Niccolo Hotel occupying the upper levels. The tower forms part of the new Jiangbei skyline rising along the north bank of the Jialing River, facing the older Jiefangbei peninsula. Visitors come mainly for the shopping, the elevated restaurants, and the wide views from the hotel lobby across the Yangtze bridges.
