Al-Rahma Mosque

Al-Rahma Mosque on Hatherley Street in Liverpool — not Manchester as the slug suggests — is a Muslim place of worship founded in 1974 with a capacity of around 1,000 worshippers. It serves primarily the Arabic-speaking and Somali Muslim communities of the city as both a spiritual and social hub. Beyond its community function and 1974 founding, little further architectural or historical detail is currently documented; visitors should check locally for prayer times and access.
