Apolda

Apolda station is a Neorenaissance through-station on the Halle–Bebra railway line in the Thuringian town of Apolda, opened on 1 April 1890. Its architecture reflects the Wilhelmine-era practice of designing station buildings as ceremonial gateways to a town, and it is today a listed cultural monument in Thuringia. The station remains in active service under DB InfraGO and is wheelchair accessible.
