Arena Egnatia

Also known as: Rrogozhinë Stadium

Arena Egnatia is the 4,000-seat football stadium of the small Albanian town of Rrogozhina, set right in the town center 200 meters west of the main square. It is the home ground of KF Egnatia, named after the ancient Roman trunk road Via Egnatia between Dyrrhachium and Constantinople. The club surprised the country by winning the 2024 Albanian championship, briefly putting the small town on the European football map. The wooden stand has been partially renovated but keeps the nostalgic feel of a provincial Balkan stadium. On match days fans from across the region form a striking corridor along the small main street to the stadium gate.
