Niederbrechen station

Niederbrechen station opened in 1879 as a stop on the Main-Lahn-Bahn linking Frankfurt with Eschhofen, and its Gründerzeit station building is listed as a protected monument under Hessian heritage law. Located in the small community of Brechen in the Taunus foothills, the station sits within the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund fare zone and operates three platform tracks, serving primarily as a commuter stop for the Frankfurt metropolitan area.
