Tatsuno Station

Tatsuno Station is a small regional railway stop in Tatsuno, Nagano Prefecture, on the Japanese island of Honshū, opened in 1906 during the Meiji era. It is jointly operated by JR Central and JR East, making it an administrative handover point between two of Japan's largest rail companies — an unusual arrangement for a station of its size. For travelers it serves primarily as a local stop on the route between Matsumoto and the Pacific coast.
