Ōme Station

Ōme Station is operated by JR East in the city of Ōme, western Tokyo Prefecture. Opened in 1894 during the Meiji era, it is one of the older stations in the region. The station serves as a practical gateway for hikers heading into the Okutama mountain area and marks the western end of frequent Chūō Line services from central Tokyo.
