Winter Park

Winter Park station is one of Florida's oldest continuously operating Amtrak stops, built in 1890 as a modest wooden depot in the affluent suburb of Winter Park, just north of Orlando. It sits on Amtrak's Silver Service corridor linking New York to Miami, making it a rare functional relic of small-town American rail travel in Central Florida. The station building retains something of its original late-19th-century character, a quiet contrast to the car-dominated landscape surrounding it.
