Beth Shalom Synagogue

The main synagogue of the Greek capital in the Thissio district - Beth Shalom means House of Peace. It serves the approximately 3,000-strong Jewish community of Athens as a religious and cultural centre, in a city that lost most of its Jewish population to the Holocaust.
