Boundary Bay Airport

Boundary Bay Airport sits in the municipality of Delta, about 26 km south of Vancouver, right on the shore of Boundary Bay near the US border. Opened in July 1983, it serves exclusively general aviation — no scheduled passenger flights — but functions as one of British Columbia's busiest flight training hubs. The airport hosts aircraft maintenance operations and Nav Canada's air traffic control training school. Its classification as an airport of entry means international arrivals with Canada Border Services Agency staff on site are possible.
