Braunschweiggasse

Braunschweiggasse is a stop on Vienna's U4 metro line in the 13th district of Hietzing, a short walk from Schönbrunn Palace. The station takes its name from a nearby alley honoring Wilhelm von Braunschweig, the Kaiserzeit-era owner of Palais Cumberland and honorary citizen of Hietzing. It functions primarily as a commuter stop serving the western part of the district, with no distinctive architecture or visitor attractions of its own.
