Ruzhdi Bizhuta Stadium

The Elbasan Arena is a football stadium with athletics track in the central Albanian city of Elbasan. Opened in 1967, it served for decades as the home of local club KF Elbasani. Until the Air Albania Stadium opened in Tirana in 2019, the Albanian national football team played most home matches here - the venue was completely rebuilt to UEFA standards in 2017. Since then it has hosted various clubs as a substitute ground, including FK Partizani Tirana in the 2021/22 season. With around 12,500 seats it is one of the larger stadiums in the country; on match days central Elbasan visibly fills up.
