Kapuzbaşı Selalesi Kayseri

Kapuzbaşı Selalesi Kayseri

Kapuzbaşı Şelalesi is a cluster of seven waterfalls — five major and two smaller — set in the Taurus Mountains south of Kayseri, near the town of Kozan in Adana province. The water, emerging directly from the rock face, is reputedly clean enough to drink, and the cascades tumble into a densely forested canyon framed by high-altitude lakes and snow-capped peaks. The access road from Yahyalı is narrow and winding, requiring careful driving, but rewards visitors with a landscape largely untouched by mass tourism. Small tea gardens and food stalls are available on site. Sturdy footwear is recommended, as the trails between the falls are uneven with some steep sections.
