Altınini Yeraltı Şehri

Altınini Yeraltı Şehri is an underground city site on the outskirts of Adana, structurally reminiscent of the famous rock-cut cities of Cappadocia but far less documented and essentially inaccessible. Its historical origins — whether ancient refuge, settlement, or something else — remain poorly recorded in available sources. Visitor accounts paint a consistent picture: no signage, no maintained access road, and final approach via narrow, steep, and winding rural tracks.
