Rodahal

Rodahal is a 4,500-capacity concert and events venue in Kerkrade, Netherlands, just across the border from Herzogenrath, Germany. Designed by Dutch architect Laurens Bisscheroux and opened in 1966, the building's distinctive shape has made it a regional landmark in the Euregio Maas-Rhine area. Over its six-decade history it has hosted an eclectic roll call of rock and pop royalty — Bob Dylan, Dire Straits, Iron Maiden, Santana, and Judas Priest among them — cementing its reputation as the premier live music venue in the cross-border region. Beyond concerts, the hall serves as a flexible event space and even functioned as a vaccination centre during the COVID-19 pandemic.
