St. Mary Armenian Apostolic Church
St. Mary Armenian Apostolic Church was established in 1983 in Toronto's North York district and falls under the jurisdiction of the Holy See of Cilicia, one of the two main centers of the Armenian Apostolic Church globally. The congregation serves as a spiritual and cultural anchor for Toronto's Armenian diaspora community, one of the largest in Canada. Services are conducted in the Armenian language, preserving a liturgical tradition rooted in one of the world's oldest Christian churches — Armenia adopted Christianity as its state religion in 301 AD.
