Танк Т-70
Kharkiv
This ISU-152 Soviet self-propelled gun is preserved as an open-air memorial in Kharkiv. Produced from 1943 and deployed on the Eastern Front from January 1944, the vehicle mounted a 152 mm howitzer and earned the nickname Zveroboy — 'animal killer' — for its effectiveness against heavy Wehrmacht armor including Tigers and Panthers. The memorial commemorates the Soviet armored units that fought in and around Kharkiv during the fierce back-and-forth battles of 1943.
