Ackerlspitze

At 2,329 metres, Ackerlspitze is the second-highest summit in the Kaisergebirge range in the Austrian state of Tyrol, a massif renowned for its sheer limestone walls and demanding terrain. Reaching the peak requires alpine experience and sure-footedness, making it a rewarding objective for seasoned hikers rather than casual walkers. The summit rewards with a sweeping panorama across the Tyrolean Alps, the Inn valley, and on clear days deep into the Bavarian foothills. The most common approach starts from the Hinterbärenbad valley near Kufstein.
