Brechhorn

The Brechhorn is a 2,032-metre summit in the Kitzbühel Alps of Tyrol, Austria, tucked between the valleys of the Aschauer Ache and the Windau rivers east of Kufstein. Like much of the Kitzbühel range, the mountain is defined by grassy alpine meadows rather than jagged rock faces, making the ascent accessible to experienced hikers without technical climbing gear. The summit rewards with open views across the surrounding valley scenery and, on clear days, toward the higher Central Alpine chains to the south. It works well as a half-day or full-day mountain hike from the surrounding villages.
