Bad Kleinen

Bad Kleinen station is a key railway junction in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern where lines to Wismar, Lübeck, Schwerin, and Rostock converge. The historic station building and its outbuildings held listed monument status until 2017, when they were demolished despite that protection. What remains is an operationally significant junction that has lost the brick ensemble that once gave it architectural character.
