Baden-Powell Scout Peak
Baden-Powell Scout Peak is a mountain summit in the Jugal Himal, a range of the central Himalaya in Nepal's Bagmati Zone, situated south of the Langtang Khola river valley. It bears the name of Robert Baden-Powell, the British general who founded the global Scout movement — an apt tribute whose values of exploration and connection with nature mirror the terrain itself. The peak sits in one of Nepal's more remote corners, well off the main trekking corridors, and detailed elevation figures or established ascent routes remain sparsely documented in public sources. For experienced mountaineers and expedition teams, the area offers high-alpine terrain with sweeping views into the glaciated interior of the Jugal Himal.
