Usingen station

Usingen station's main building dates to 1895 and is a listed heritage monument (Kulturdenkmal) under Hessian preservation law. It serves as the operational hub of the Taunusbahn line between Friedrichsdorf and Albshausen, a role it has held since the Wilhelmine era. The structure is a modest but well-preserved example of late 19th-century provincial railway architecture in central Hesse.
