Welkenraedt railway station

Welkenraedt is a small junction station in eastern Belgium where the branch line to Eupen and Raeren diverges from the main track. The 14 km line is operated by Infrabel and served by SNCB IC 01 trains between Welkenraedt and Eupen. The onward section to Raeren is largely dormant, used only for occasional transfer runs to a locomotive dealer based there.
