Villa Belvoir

Heinrich Escher laid out this expansive park around the Villa Belvoir in Zurich-Enge around 1830. His granddaughter Lydia Welti-Escher, one of Switzerland most important art patrons, grew up here. Today one of the largest public parks in Zurich with an arboretum and views over Lake Zurich.
