Bozen

Bolzano railway station is the most important passenger hub in the Trentino-South Tyrol region, handling around 5.5 million passengers per year. Its neoclassical station building is a listed monument and marks the southern approach to Bolzano's city centre. The station serves a double function: as a stop on the international Brenner railway linking Innsbruck to Verona, and as the departure point for the regional line into the Merano valley. The building is fully wheelchair accessible and operated by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana.
