Friedhof Zum Heiligen Kreuz

The Heilig-Kreuz-Kirchhof at Eisenacher Strasse 62 in Berlin-Mariendorf is a Protestant cemetery belonging to the Heilig-Kreuz parish in Kreuzberg. Like many inner-city Berlin parishes, Heilig-Kreuz laid out its burial ground in the 19th century in what were then far suburbs once space within the city had run out. With old gravestones beneath tall trees it offers a quiet walk well away from the major Berlin cemetery tourism trails.
