Marcin Kasprzak Monument in Warsaw

The Marcin Kasprzak Memorial in Warsaw's Wola district is a bronze bust on a granite pedestal, designed by sculptor Edmund Matuszek and unveiled in 1975. It commemorates Marcin Kasprzak, a Polish labour movement activist of the late 19th and early 20th century. Situated on the street that bears his name, it is a characteristic example of official commemorative sculpture from the Polish People's Republic era.
