Palais Kolowrat

Palais Kolowrat is a noble townhouse in Prague's Malá Strana district, its architecture blending Renaissance foundations with baroque embellishment — a layered evolution common among the grand urban palaces of the Bohemian aristocracy. The Kolowrat family ranked among the most powerful noble houses of the Habsburg Empire, and their Prague residence reflects that standing. The ensemble is protected as part of a Czech national cultural monument.
