Citymark Centre

Citymark Centre, also called Chengmai Center, is a 388-metre, 70-storey skyscraper in Shenzhen's Futian district. Construction began in 2018 and was completed in 2022, making it the tallest building completed in mainland China that year. The tower places among the top 100 tallest buildings in the world and adds to the Shenzhen high-rise cluster around Pingan Finance Centre and KK100. The main user is the Citymark Group, a Shenzhen-based property holding. The building is purely office and conference space with no public observation deck. But it is visible from almost every central block of the Futian CBD and from the towers across Shennan Avenue in Nanshan district. It photographs best at twilight when the glass facade of the neighboring Citic Financial Center catches the reflection.
