DC Tower 3

DC Tower 3 is the youngest of three skyscrapers designed by French architect Dominique Perrault in Vienna's Donau City and serves as a student residence. At around 110 metres it is the smallest of the DC Tower trio between Reichsbruecke and the U1 subway line in the 22nd district of Donaustadt. Completed in 2022, the building houses over 800 student apartments. The facade follows Perrault's signature mirrored-glass aesthetic with a gently folded surface that reflects the light of the Danube. From the riverbank the tower forms a striking skyline duo with DC Tower 1.
