The Junta de Freguesia de Avenidas Novas is the administrative office of the Avenidas Novas parish, the lowest tier of Portuguese local government in Lisbon. It handles routine civic services — residency registration, local certificates, neighborhood maintenance — and is open Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30. There is no visitor-facing cultural or tourist function.
