Standing at 227 metres across 66 floors, the tower was jointly developed by Keppel Land, Cheung Kong Holdings, and Hongkong Land, and contains just 221 units — a deliberately low density for a building of its height, reflecting its upmarket positioning. The building has no public access or visitor amenities; it ranks as Singapore's 14th tallest structure.
