Jameson House

Jameson House is a 38-storey mixed-use tower at 826 West Hastings Street in downtown Vancouver, completed in 2011. Designed by Foster + Partners — the London firm behind the Gherkin and the Reichstag renovation — in collaboration with local practice Walter Francl Architecture Inc., the 118-metre tower is notable for its clean glass curtain-wall facade and a fully automated underground parking system that was among the most technically advanced in Canada at the time of completion. Retail occupies the ground floor, with residential and office space above.
