Wasserturm Bardenberg

The Bardenberger Wasserturm is a modest water tower in the Aachen district of Bardenberg, recognizable from a distance by its distinctive green cap. Alongside the steeple of St. Peter and Paul, it shapes the local skyline and serves as the neighborhood's informal landmark. In December the tower provides the backdrop for a small Christmas market — a low-key, village-scale affair where locals gather for Glühwein and festive stalls. Beyond the seasonal market there is little formal visitor infrastructure, making it primarily a photo stop and a point of local pride.
