Botzdorfer Spitze

The Botzdorfer Spitze — known in Slovak as Batizovský štít — is a twin-peaked summit reaching 2,448 metres along the main ridge of the High Tatras in Slovakia. It rises between two largely untouched valleys: Batizovská dolina to the south and Kačacia dolina to the north. The ascent demands alpine experience and sure-footedness across steep, rocky terrain with no huts or infrastructure along the way. From the summit, the view opens across the full sweep of the central Tatra ridge on clear days extending deep into the Slovak highlands.
