CHIO Aachen-Museum

The CHIO Aachen Museum chronicles the history of the CHIO Aachen equestrian tournament, one of the world's premier show-jumping and dressage events held annually since 1924 on the Soers grounds. Its compact exhibition holds tangible pieces of that legacy — among them the riding boots of Olympic gold medallist Hans Günter Winkler and the saddle of Rembrandt, the Dutch dressage stallion who dominated the late 1980s and early 1990s alongside rider Nicole Uphoff.
