Heiligenstadt Parish Church St. Michael

Heiligenstaedter Pfarrkirche St. Michael is the second parish church of Vienna's Heiligenstadt district in Doebling and is dedicated to Saint Michael. Built in the late 19th century in neo-Gothic style, it served the rapidly expanding suburb as a second Catholic parish alongside the medieval St. Jacob church on the Pfarrplatz. The plain brick building with its slender steeple is today a quiet neighbourhood landmark far from tourist routes.
