Sculpture Park "Time And Space"

The 'Time And Space' sculpture park is an open-air land-art installation by Australian artist Andrew Rogers, with obelisks and geometric stone structures placed on nearly every hilltop in the volcanic terrain surrounding Göreme in Cappadocia. The works form part of Rogers' globally distributed 'Rhythms of Life' series — though many visitors arrive with little foreknowledge of the artist, which only adds to the disorienting effect of discovering stone monuments on every ridge. The site is reachable on foot from the Avanos road, but the more remote summits require a capable off-road vehicle; standard SUVs are explicitly warned against by visitors familiar with the track conditions. Plan two to three hours to cover all installation points; the elevated positions offer expansive views across Cappadocia's tuff-cone landscape, particularly striking at sunset.
