St. Hubert (Verlautenheide)

St. Hubert is a Roman Catholic parish church in Verlautenheide, a quiet residential district of Aachen, dedicated to Saint Hubert of Liège, patron of hunters. The current building dates from 1954, part of the postwar wave of church reconstruction across the Rhineland. Since 2010 it belongs to the parish of Christus unser Bruder. Community life is at the heart of the church's identity — the Christmas Eve children's mass draws particular praise from parishioners, and the organ is frequently singled out as a highlight for a church of its modest size.
