Balvaird Castle
RuinsMiddle Ages
Auchenbathie Tower — also known locally as Auchanbothy or Barcraigs Tower — is the ruin of a residential tower in the Scottish county of Renfrewshire. Little is documented about its construction date or original occupants. What survives is a crumbling stone structure set in the rural west-Scottish landscape, a quiet remnant of a long-abandoned dwelling.
