Entrecampos

Entrecampos is a station on Lisbon Metro's Linha Amarela (Yellow Line), situated beneath Avenida da República in the Avenidas Novas district. It opened on 29 December 1959 as one of the eleven stations of the original Lisbon metro network. Its main function today is as a local interchange point connecting the underground line to the surface-level Entrecampos rail station, making it primarily a commuter node rather than a destination in its own right.
