Alkaff Bridge is a 57-metre steel pedestrian bridge spanning the Singapore River, connecting Robertson Quay to Alkaff Quay. Built between 1997 and 1999, it was one of three footbridges added to open up both riverbanks to pedestrians. The bridge features a colourful design inspired by Colombian artist Fernando Botero, reflecting Singapore's approach of integrating public art into infrastructure. Today it serves as a lively crossing in the Robertson Quay area, one of the city's most popular spots for dining and evening walks along the waterfront.
